Nice turn out, meeting new folks and cracking weather. I enjoyed the 12.30 rev off and believe I may have won!

Ah.... I have a picture of a pony decorated as a rainbow (for my younger daughter) and a picture of a Lancia Auralia for Frank, I'm lousy at remembering to take photos of events!

Smashing day out, we thoroughly enjoyed it!

As a newbie I can't get over how friendly the Maserati fraternity is; I had some really interesting chats today and am looking forward to seeing more of the forumites and LaSER guys in the months ahead.

Not much in the way of pics I'm afraid, but I'll hopefully put a couple up when I get in the office tomorrow.

I'm so happy I bought a Maserati...!!

Good to meet you Jorg, Martin and Newton - was a very enjoyable few hours and lovely cars you have. Look forward to catching up in the future!

I took a couple of photos but unfortunately not great and not fit to post - my usual poor effort..

Here are a few pics I took, not sure why they look so dark, it was a lovely day.

Great to catch up with some old chums that I have regretfully neglected, due to my car's absence for the last month, and to meet some new Maserati owners with some beautiful cars.

We have hopefully recruited a few new members to the South East club too.

Antony

Amazed they let that MR2 / Dino mule in... Just looked all wrong proportions and sounded like a sewing machine, the age old question why? THe money they must have spent doing that and it is still an MR2 to drive...

And those wheels!
Last year there was a "replica" California based on a Celica, I think. Awful.

That sound off with the bikes was, quite frankly, embarrassing. For the bikers.
At the old Balloons and Ferraris day at Groombridge, the bikes used to start up and rev every half hour. In a field full of Ferrari V8s and V12s! Please.
Desmodromic valvetrains or not, nothing matches a Maserati V8.

Very nice Mark and clearly the car of the day must have been the beautiful white Lancia Beta Spyder!

Nice photos Mark , we didn't get a chance to catch up , we will next time - I am Steve with the Indi Red 3200GT , It was a good day .
what Maser are you counting down to ??

I have always been puzzled that things like that Dino replica are allowed in - sort of misses the point a bit :conf4:

Hi Steve, your 3200 loved lovely!

I'm on the hunt for a GS.

Just got to find one I like. For once in my car buying life I'm not going to buy the first one I see! lol!
I'll have all the cash I need in a couple of weeks, so I'm on the hunt properly now!
