Welcome

Service info is stored on the EPROM chip on the dash binnacle. You need a suitable tool to reset it.

WARNING

If your clock is wrong or you have had the battery off and it defaults back to 01-01-2000 or before the last stored token it will trash the dash EPROM and you won’t be able to set it again nor set the clock or date.

Sportsitalia are the only people who can correct this and costs £500 to do so be careful.

Otherwise it’s a new dash and programming at the dealer which costs thousands

A timely warning indeed!

Hi , thanks the warnings .....all sorted and EPROM chip and binnacle all playing nicely. Anybody know of a Kent based co that can replace the external chrome window trim , only front passenger, and also the central consul trim at reasonable cost ? Chrome is blemished , tried polishing it but blemish say no and the consul wood covering has small cracks in it which are no big deal but just look **** . Thinking maybe wrap the consul with carbon steel type covering but not sure . Looking at replacing P zero tyres like for like , seem to be about 250-275 each fitted , still searching as have time but i think that sounds reasonable for top spec /grip..........unless somebody knows better ?? Appreciate any feedback / guidance . ..thx ! As first time Q6 owner i'm learning it's who you know that counts more than what you think you know..........cheers

sweet , no good , i'll keep looking......thx :read1: duh !
Search Michelin ps4s threads. A lot of us run them. Mainly because the temps in the UK are a little low for Pirelli unless it is a decent summer and the ride is much worse. Some like them though.

In winter around here, driving even gingery, was a bum clenching experience with Pirelli p zero.
