Hi guys,
Most of the times when I start the car, when heater is on, when idle, fumes or smoke seems to be coming into the cabin for a few seconds and then disappear. It's a daily occurrence right now. The smoke is quite visible and you can smell burning oil or something I don't know. Anyone got this problem?

Thanks!

Possible small amount of oil? Getting on exhaust system and burning off .....I'd suggest get it on a lift or if not you'd be crawling around underneath with difficulty trying find the source ...I had a similar problem a few years back.. Turned out to be oil from a ill fitted sump plug ..hope that you get a simple fix like I did

All adds to the character! One of my 3200s smells like a proper old sports car, oil, leather and fumes! Would leave those Autophiles creaming!

Hi, I had similar issue on my 2007 QP Sport GT, turned out to be a leaking head gasket dripping oil onto the manifold. Main dealer found it during full health check, said it could be dangerous, got it changed under warranty and no problems with it since. Apparently this issue isn't uncommon. Sounds like it might be worth getting into a dealer or good independent and spending a few quid on a thourough general check up. Could save you some time trouble and cash in the long run. These beauties do need plenty if TLC, but worth every bit.
