Help Chrome Spray

Hi There I can't find the link to the spray chrome paint. I have the Flaky rim syndrome.. on my air vents

Does it work and if it does how do you get the vent apart ?

Get some Spaz Stix spray paint from the states off ebay . just chip off the loose flakes then spray straight over the top . dont rub them down . its all about the surface its sprayed on or you ll just get an aluminum look.

and just pull the vents out . you have to click the three clips in first on the inside of the tube
