Hi Fellas

Just a quick newbie post

I'm one of the organisers with Trackaction-Online, we are a trackday forum and we run a few of our own events for our members and other club groups. Loz reckoned that a few of you might be up for a bit of playing on track so hopefully we will get to meet up some time.

I don't own a Masser I'm afraid, my current garage houses a 106 GTi that I've supercharged and a Westfield, day to day I run around in a Merc Vito (still 200bhp as it's the 3.0 V6 TD!) and the bride runs an Imprezza - as welcome as a leper in a nudist colony on here I would think but it does the job and never breaks down so I get more time to play with with my own toys .

I'm also an ARDS instructor so I get to go out on track pretty regularly in all sorts of fancy toys, even if it is mostly in the passenger seat .

Hi Steve and welcome to the forum , great to see you have had a look round , you will have noticed it quite a relaxed forum and so are all the guys on it , i'll will stick the Cadwell park event in the events section sometime later today but im sure many would behappy to engage in later events , after a long hard winter most are just waiting for the better weather and raring to get some circuit practice

Thanks for that Loz, we do mainly run out of season stuff as the rates for hiring the circuits are a bit more reasonable! Anyway, I'll be happy to do the club rate for members on here at any of our events so I'll keep in touch and maybe someone will join us next week and be able to report back on how we run things

He's not joking Steve , his car is the only one out of many with absolutely no stone chips , ive known him detour 30 miles, even if a fly gets within 6ft of his headlights we'll have to take him in hand and show him the error of his ways , oh and he's just had a brand new clutch , at the speed he drives that new clutch is going to be glazing over , shant tell you what happened to his old one in the Ace Cafe carpark
