Heater Fan

I`ve just noticed that it has started to make a noise, sounds like it`s coming from under the hood. Stops and starts with the heater knob control.
Will this become a major issue or is it likely to be a simple fix, parts replacement etc. to be done at the next service
It`s on a 4200, 2005. 43k miles.

Could be crud in the air box. Google the thread for pollen filter removal

That looks like it makes sense, I`ve printed off the thread by Conaero and will have a go at it this weekend.

Sometimes the big old gum leaves can take a bit to break down , fact that it was all of a sudden lines up with the start of our winter months here and using the heater, there could be a nice big leaf in there that's been hard baked in the sun just been creeping towards the fan.
