Hi Guys

Wondered if anyone knows how to transfer music files from an iPhone 4s to the hard drive of a 2011 Quattroporte GTS? I have tried copying files within iTunes and loading to a USB however when I insert the stick to the point within the car the screen message says 'no music files found'. The iTunes file was saved as M3U or something like that, what happened to Mpeg files?

Not a major issue as music plays when the phone is connected however the idea is to transfer music files from friends iPhones to take advantage of the hard drive facility.

Any help much appreciated.

Hello Charles i burnt a CD on Itunes and put it into the player then downloaded to the Jukebox. Worked well. Mine a a 2008 GT with no aux etc

I have just downloaded CDs direct to the hard drive on my GranTurismo, however, on another car, I found that a USB would not work with MP3 files but was happy with WMA (windows media player). I have tried this stick in the Maser but it does not offer good track and album control.

You probably need to convert them to MP3 in iTunes then copy them to the USB stick. If it won't convert them then there may be copy-protection on the tunes.
