GT S Auto Door Lock

If set to on at what speed should this kick in and is it audible when it does? Manual unclear.

On the GT it's quite low. Probably < 10 mph and definitely audible.

Yep menu setting, Press MENU, Select the Configuration menu , Define Vehicle Parameters, then Door and Trunk Blocking, set Automatic door locking to on.
