Would be great apart from the door handles and pockets. Look a bit odd.

I remember Dick Lovett in Cardiff had a blue GS for sale and that had two tone leather...Blue and a tobacco.....Not to every ones taste I would have thought.

That suits me, i believe. But Andy, forget the Merc and get back to the trident :)

Wish i could Nikos...But if I was spending 25k on a car it wouldn't be a Maserati as it would be my every day car...as I would only have one car and although I like the thought of driving it every day I just couldn't justify it...Running cost, piling the miles on it......

You're falling into the trap of saving your girlfriend for the next bloke!

These cars are made to do the miles and - as Phil says - they thrive on them...but so few people actually do them.

Love that Chris saving your girlfriend for the next bloke ! No use and enjoy and continue to do so. They are certainly good for the miles. DMS told me that they get more power out of the motors that have stretched their legs even without all the bolt on goodies.

Chris its not miles thats an issue....All the cars I've owned I've used every day but these days it the cost to use them every day with a V8 up front and servicing / parts cost with reg use......

I get that - it's not been cheap having Doris over the past 18 months - but the way I see it, whether it's sitting at home or out on the road the annual service (or bi-annual or whatever) needs to be done regardless of miles so the big extras are insurance (can't go for a 5k limit), petrol and tyres...and yes, a little Panda or Mito would be much better for those.

I guess we all have our own priorities, and I bet mine change at some point too...a lot of you guys have long histories of drivable cars, but this is my first so I'm darned well going to make the most of it...

...at the moment, I'm willing to pay for the smiles per gallon while I still can.

Had a few high power girlfriends in my time Chris but always found them expensive. To be honest Super Car ownership is more fun in many ways. The girl next door for me not into high maintenance and if your not careful they become very high mileage with dodgy service history.

Part of the fun for me is driving these beasties and doing such as Europe Trips..!! Both our AC and past 4200 went to Europe, never had issues and loved every minute, do that a few times and you can easy stick on 10K miles, but it's great fun..!!

With you on that Chris your along time dead and all that. Would rather be remembered as the long haired hooligan who had some interesting cars and can talk about some great road trips rather than boring people senseless about getting a little white ball down a hole.
