GS Standard Ride Height

In my thread on ride quality, someone suggested that the car may have been lowered. I have searched here to find a "standard" ride height for the GS without success. From the top of the wheel centre to the centre of the arch is 33.7cm (front) and 34cm (rear). Is this standard? If not, any idea how much it has been lowered?

Lowering the car with the standard springs wouldn't really make any differance to the ride...I suspect the real culprit is the 19" wheels and even lower profile tyres on the GS compered to say the 3200 and 4200

Paul I had my 4200 adjusted to what is near a GS setting I believe - will measure the gaps later and post, just out of interest.

I did the same to my 4200 with my KW3 and I'm very satisfied of the balance ride quality- performance

fwiw, I went with the 1.25" lowering on FD springs, the car felt more planted for sure and I would recommend it.

The lower stance of the car is not to everyone's taste though.

Paul I've just done the measurements and mine are pretty much the same gaps as yours give or take a couple of mill. Which makes sense as when I had it done I was told it is supposed to be a very similar set up to the GS.
