Any of you folks make it down to Goodwood breakfast club this morning?
Some fantastic machinery on display - the range of Ferraris on show was breathtaking (incl Enzo, f50, f40, several Daytonas and a gorgeous Dino).
Several grancabrios, granturismos and a gorgeous 4200 in pearl white on the circuit but shame they didn't make more of the maserati centenary. There was a maserati dealer stand just after the circuit entrance - granturismo sport, and a rather nice ghibli. Ghibli looks much better and more distinctive in the metal, though the back end still looks like a bit of an afterthought to me
The absolute highlight for me though was the bright yellow granturismo I passed on the way in to the circuit. Quite stunning - must take a big personality to drive that!
Breakfast club feels like it is becoming too popular though - it's really lost the intimacy of just a few years back, and certainly becoming more commercial. I predict an entry fee being levied soon.
Will try to get some pictures up later.
