New for 2014, a Breakfast Club dedicated to the glory that is the vee engine – *from vee twin motorcycles to mighty V16 Cadillacs

I've just checked the Goodwood website - the process for displaying your car on the grid/circuit is to apply online with details of your car plus a photo - they then judge the relevance of your application before issuing a pass or declining your application.

Which from memory is different to when we took our cars there this time last year for the Italian breakfast meet...

I think it is a similar process to before but can't remember for sure.

I registered an interest earlier in the year although your place is not confirmed until a week or so before. I have never known a relevant car not to be accepted though. You are normally sent an email with a sheet to print out and take.

A meet on the way could be fun especially as I missed it last time!

I have been told that GRRC members can have breakfast in the Kennels (from 7:30) before going into the circuit.

It opens at 8am and I would like to be there not long after that as you end up getting bumped out the back if your late.

Its a 15 min run max from Haslemere to Goodwood so shall we say meet at 8am in Haslemere for a 8.15 departure on the dot?

It closes when there is the slightest whiff of fog so its a bit of a lottery. From Haslemere down to Goodwood is on the A286 so no Hindhead tunnel I am afraid
