Well is it me or is it hard to find a very good glass cleaner ….any suggestions

as mentioned in the suggestions below below there are many quality glass cleaners on the market but the key is the cloth being used. In my case I clay bar my Gran Turimos front windshield once a year and then GLAZE it and SEAL it using only ADAM'S POLISH products. The results are stunning ! OK, back to the cloths. Adams has a cleaner for your special cloths and what I do after they come out of the washing machine on extra rise, extra spin is to hand rinse and ring them out in distilled water then dry on the delicate cycle.

once glass has been washed and dry, use IPA, polish cleaner or similar that cleans oils.
one option is to clay the glass to make it even cleaner then use IPA to prep
before appling glass protection similar to rain-x

cleaning glass inside, spray on cloth not glass to stop any over spray

Never ever managed to clean the inside of the windscreen successfully. Not tried yet, but washing using cloth with soap solution and squeeze off using a flexible squeeze, like you would do your house windows, works well apparently. Probably a towel on the top of the dash a good idea!

Same. It's always reaching the bloody thing. Back is even worse
