Gear indicator flashing on and off

No I haven’t… although I had the car with AV only a few weeks ago for a service and general check over and all was fine then. I’ll have a look for leaks tomorrow - presumably you’re referring to the F1 pump/system, how do I check the level for that?

I'm not sure myself, but always check the simple stuff first before sending the car off...I'm sure there is a thread on it somewhere with a guide on how to top up and check with your finger.

Alongside my airbag lights I had AV look into this - no gear/clutch related errors stored in memory which was good, and we performed the self-learn procedure on the SD3 which teaches the system to learn the minimum and maximum tolerances of gear changes. 9/10 times this fixes things, so all being well it shouldn't come back!
