Paul - have you tried contacting forum member Wack61? I think he's looking for a QP in about this price bracket.

Unfortunately not until Feb/March and it's taking forever to get there, if they had those pods in the alien movies where you can go to sleep for months and wake up the same age I'd go for it

Just bang in a loan application now, and sort out the rest next year - I did! Not so many QP have the lighter coloured interior. Earlier cars benefit from cheap front disks too.

I missed out on this forst time around and had to "settle" for the Sport GT instead :D
Mine looks like it's twin brother. No tubi or sunroof :( Bit of carbon interior though + quicker gearchange :)

Paul - I forgot to mention something. I was in Emblem the other day (and will be there again tomorrow) and they mentioned that the owner previous to me is thinking of buying another, and may be interested in buying this one back (what with it being in his preferred colour way, and with the Tubi and big wheels). It might be worth giving Myles at Emblem a call - he'll be able to put you two in touch.

Isn't it amazing how often people sell a car only to regret it and wish they still had it? I know I have done that in the past, if you have a good one - hang onto it if you can

I didn't even know Ewan had sold it, I remember him talking but never saw the for sale post etc...

My bid has gone in on a Carbonio with Ivorio just now. fingers crossed!

Thank you Ewan. I will mention it to him and see what he says.

Phil - I sold the black one to Paul about a year ago and bought a silver one instead. Black is a bugger to keep clean, especially given that I live on farm so go up and down muddy tracks shared with tractors. If I still lived in London where there's no mud, I'd stay with black. But in Dorset, silver is far more forgiving.

I suffer the same problem living in a farmhouse with a yard next door, my black car looks gleaming on the end of the road, it's covered and don't get me started on harvest time!

You may have dodged a bullet there , if it's sat still for 5 years it may have needed a lot more than fresh petrol

Phil
Get your jabs up to day, borrow big coat and get yourself up to scotland.
After the drive south, it will take until Christmas to wipe the ****-eating grin off your face :D
