Front Indicator fog lamp removal ...how?

Hi all

I have a smashed near side indicator unit and have bought a new one " as it can't be that difficult " to fit.

Anyway had the wheel off and looked through the hatch in the wheel arch liner which is not the way to access it I know but I couldn't get the liner off in total without breaking it.

Is the way to do it by taking the liner off and how easy is it to do?

Any advice appreciated

I did mine from inside the bonnet, but you need the right tools. I used a spanner with ratchet at one end to loosen off the securing nut and managed a fettle the screw inner most out. They both now only have the nut making easy bulb changes! Good luck - might be worth wearing thin gloves as I scratched my hands doing it.

Right I would love to post a How To blog on this but after fannying around for a couple of hours and failing miserably I took it to the guys at Autoshield who did it prior to taking for MoT.

Thanks to Marios and his team they are great and I had a fascinating couple of hours chatting with Marios....what a guy and great service ....thanks chaps.
