From Fahrenheit to Celsius in the instrument panel...?!?!

Hi guys!

It's been a while since I was on there. I hope you can help me...

I have a US spec 2003 Coupe Cambiocorsa, and the outside temp shows in Fahrenheit. AS I drive te car in Europe, I want to SEE if I can change it to Celsius....?
