Hi All
I've decided to part with my recently purchased 3200 and put the cash towards a QP. Some of you will know that I was looking for a QP when the car came up and seduced me but with two small children, I've decided that the QP is more suitable for family weekends etc.
So, the car itself is very well known in the community having been owned by Gareth, co-founder of the other forum
and a very well known guy in our circles.
It's a good one for sure. Rare colour, mega spec and huge history files.
Here's the lowdown...........
- First registered 1st September 2000 (X plate)
- 3200 GT Auto
- ex-Lancaster Ferrari Maserati demo so very high spec indeed
- Verde Mexico Metallizato (very similar to British Racing Green)
- Full leather matching interior
- Extended alcantara to dash, roof lining, door cards etc. Apparently this was a £9,000 option!
- MOT to June 24th 2014 (no advisories)
- Tax to Sept 2014
- 44,236 miles showing (although total mileage is 49556 as the car had a fully documented speedo change at 5320 miles by supplying dealer Lancaster, a fairly common issue)
- Fully documented service history. Masses of invoices, MOTs, tax discs etc etc. Everything!
- Always looked after by main dealers or specialists
- Becker sat nav with 6 disc changer
- Nokia car kit (from the dark ages but original so quite cool)
- Stainless back boxes (again a common from solved)
- DBW contactless throttle upgrade (another issue resolved)
- All keys, code cards etc. Even has the original Lancaster keyring still in place!
- VERY rare and valuable space saver spare wheel
- Proper SPORT mode with Ferrari actuators etc.
- Quite valuable 3200 plate included (worth about £800-1000)
Very recent spend includes
- Full service and return to complete health by Phil Kyle of PK Supercars (£900)
- Service included brake fluid change etc etc
- New Bosch S5 battery (with 5 year warranty)
- Two new front tyres
- New aero wipers
- Detail and wax by local valeter
- 6 months tax
The colour is beautiful and my pathetic photography skills do not show it at all well. Much nicer in the flesh! A very very good car that will take any inspection and I encourage any serious buyer to contact myself and/or Phil Kyle to learn more.
