Flashing dash light on 4200 - Exclamation mark x2 - what is it?

I've done some searching, but can't find it / am searching for the wrong thing!

I had the handbrake warning light, and also a 2nd similar logo flashing in the LED panel in the centre of the dash on my manual 4200. Car seemed to continue as normal though / the light was out before I made it somewhere I could stop.

Temperature was running quite high at the time (which also seems a bit unusual...) and I was on a pretty steep incline, could either be related?

Not sure if its related but check the brake fluid reservoir cap hasn't gone brittle and split

Good job I didn't first see it on Applecross pass as I drive the 280 miles back home...!

I'll give it a check, could be slightly low level if it's the fluid and the hills moving it away from the sensor or something I guess, or perhaps I boiled the fluid.

Handbrake and low fluid level are a bit different aren't they?

Low brake fluid has an exclamation mark. (Also worn pads)
Handbrake has a 'P' according to the manual I have.....

Ah yes, probably. I don't remember the symbol tbh, without getting too into it, I have no visual memory (Google aphantasia if interested...) so all I remember is the descriptive element. A red light flashing in three vicinity of the park brake, and being an exclamation mark.

I've probably not taken enough notice of the hand brake light to commit the P to memory :)
