Having them on a 4200 for seven years and it is a huge improvement.Highly recommeneded if you can afford the cost. A UK reseller was Noor at performanceitalia, but i think he is not doing business anymore. (It was discussed a while ago).
As for bumpy roads, you can use them with skyhook off with no real effect in your cabin. Improvement starts when cornering.

I too have them and like them. The very first little bump you hit will feel like you have hit a mountain!

I left the ride height as it was.

thanks for the answers, I also intend to keep the same ride height, but does the FD springs have the same height as stock ones ? or did you need to re-setup the shocks to come back to stock ride height ?

And by the way did you get them from FD USA or in the UK ?

Not the springs, but FD recently shipped stainless steel brake hoses directly to me in the UK. You will get an invoice for taxes on top of the purchase price.

I had the FD Springs (ordered from the USA) on the MEDIUM ride height setting, which was 1.2 inches lower than stock.

The positive was the car handled really well on perfect roads.

The negative was that the car became very bouncy on poor roads.

Never regretted it though.

as above I have the same set up and got them from Noor, great for A roads cruising etc but can be a little ground hugging on the B roads

FD suggest three ride heights, depending on anyone's needs. I got mine lowered for a couple of cm, car handles amazingly. The only thing is that i have to be very careful cause clearance at the cats is very little. This does not prevent me normally because i use the car on highway or countryside routes.
Hope this helps.
