Visited Port Macquarie New South Wales during the year looking at properties to retire to.
The area is jokingly known as "God's Waiting Room" as so many retire there due to its goldilocks weather.
Not too hot in summer and far enough up the east coast to be not too cold in winter.
Haven't found the perfect home yet for our requirements (3 car garage), so am considering building our idea of the perfect home instead.
Have a block of land under consideration, 5 minutes drive from the beach a bit south of Port Macquarie.
So another busy year ahead.

Was a good show, Geoff was there in his immaculate Alfa too. I was at Helmingham Hall also.
