Hi,

Just wanted to check this was the correct F1 pump alternative from Alfa?

ALFA ROMEO 156 SELESPEED PUMP

Ref 51736315

My GS is a 2008 model year and I know it was mentioned Maserati updated the pump so wanted to check if this model number would be a good replacement option to refresh mine?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks I'll give it a go, presume relay can remain as is and doesn't need changing?

It's just a switch, but why are you replacing the pump (or, I hope, just the motor)? The relay can fuse shut and cause the motor to overload.....

My motor has gone, I am changing the F1 hoses etc at the same time to refresh the area.

Might be worth swapping the relay (if you have any doubts as to why the motor failed)
If you're doing all the hoses I understand the bleed process is a bit of a sod.....

Thanks, changed relay and not the issue so it's definitely the pump.

Don't have a SD computer for the bleed process so hoping I can get away with a manual bleed from booth nipples on the F1 system!

Changed my pump motor and fitted new hoses at same time, bled it myself using main bleed nipple.

I second that... been left stranded twice due to hose/tank issues, fortunately both on the drive.
Yeah don't want to risk it happening to me so purchased the kit from A.S motorsport, should be a nice refresh for many years to come!
