Engine oil top up

No user manual.

Can anyone explain engine oil top up on QP?

Red top engine.

Checked by starting car, pulling dipstick. No oil at all on there ..

Any ideas ? Thanks

If that's the dry sump you need to park it on level ground. Run it up to temperature so the fans kick on and off.
Remove disptick
Wipe it
Replace
Remove again
squint
Replace again
Remove again
Squint some more
Replace
Drive to dealer.

There is always a bit of oil on the end of the stick hot or cold so you will almost certainly need some....

Dry sump engine has to be hot and engine idling.
