Engine Flushes Not All The Same

Unfortuneatley i see things like this on a daily basis and main dealers are the worst offenders.
Me what ever level of service i like to remove all wheels and trust me its no fun when you have to use a large block of wood and a lump hammer to get alloy wheels of the hubs.
Just do the job properly.
Its hard enough working in a proffesion that anybody and everybody thinks they can do.

Well...the next one you get in guys.....if theres an item part number on it( to trace it for age), video yourself removing the same, and send to Maserati UK and ask them for their opinion....naming and shaming is perfectly ok if you've paid for a service and you and your car are dissed/defrauded of both a good service and your money.

IMO, the only way to go is to have the work done by someone that has been recommended in the first place,
build up a relationship so you can trust the work they do...not all main dealers are bad, and not all independents are good,
(not just talking about maserati, but all marques)...

True Enz.......................however, Maseratis are highly tuned, very powerful thoroughbreds..............they should be treated like the car they are and what they represent...not used as a simple source of extracting money from their owners.

We can't make generalisations....................but the same dealer not changing a simple thing like an air filter for 3/4/5 yrs is unforgivable.
