Electric window issue

Good morning all

I have a QP6 2015.
An issue has started of late that when I enter the car, my glass drops a bit and the passenger glass drops a bit.

I close the drivers door and the drivers door glass goes back up.
Unfortunately the passenger side does NOT go back up but it just just click at a regular interval, which also is drawing current as the curiosity light goes dim when it clicks.

Should I operate the central locking, the clicking stops and the glass will raise that final 3mm to fully closed.

When I unlock the central locking, then we are back to our annoying fault.

I changed the battery about two months ago as it was completely discharged, no idea if that has a bearing at hand.

Anyone can help ?

I believe that windows can be reset but no idea if it'll cure your issue.

Wind all the way down. Continue pressing down for 10 seconds
Wind all the way up. Continue pressing up for 10 seconds.

See if that's fixed it.

I had similar after a battery change, I just put window all the way down and back up again (without the 10 sec hold) and it solved it

Update

Did the 10sec thing and nothing

Tried several times nothing

So increased to 20sec

And instead of pulling the button all the way up ie auto up, I just pulled to the first click. After about the third attempt, seems to gave worked, well two days now and touch wood, all good

The problem is back after I put it on trickle charge.
Now also works in reverse ie up is down and down is up and sometimes just stays down.

Only way to take control is to activate and close the central locking from drivers door which seems to override all silliness :sad1:
