To be honest its a right easy one as paco says , there's a 3200 wing on ebay right now , headlight and bumper sitting at david askews , door definately repairable and around £800 worth of prep and paint I reckon £2K max , also consider its at 60K miles with the timing chain due in another 8k miles , thats the dear one around £12-1400 at an Indie

Definately a cheap way into supercar ownership , gods knows why its a Cat C no need to be should be a D

Good job it is so far from me, if it was in Bristol I might have got carried away! Would be a fun project to smoke around in for while!!

They do look great in this colour too.

Loz from memory you mentioned that following a satisfactory inspection the status could drop a "notch" from c to d?? Or am I making that up??

I reckon that with a photograhic record of the repair the salvage category wouldn't be too much of a hurdle to resale - priced appropriately of course. The damage seems to be little worse than a bad car-park bump.

Agree Paco that is one of the best colours on a 3200.....seems to show the lines really well.

Just can not do it Dem......I now the Auto is more suited to the 3200 after having a man but still could not go for one...If it was an auto with paddles I could have been tempted but not a straight auto.....I love my track days and it just isn't right for that sort of driving.....

i like your plan, was thinking if you get the 2 alfas they are manual so thats reason i said get the 3200 in auto so you can drive it daily or long journeys

Don't mind a CC type box but just can not bring myself to buy a Auto Dem.....Just love changing gear.....Its all part of the driving pleasure for me.....I never just drive as every journey is an adventure to me in a nice car even just goignt o work..Love it and an Auto takes some of that pleasure away from the experience for me.
