That’s funny, but I watched a fella on tv a couple of years ago on Saturday morning blurb, and he did an egg and potato curry, with coconut, and it is one of the best dishes I have tasted for years.

I have bought one of his books, totally vegi recipes, but easily adapted if you want meat. He is a genius for us simple minded folk.
