Drivers heated seat doesn't heat

My drivers heated seat doesn't seem to get hot. The passenger side works fine, both illuminate on the dash (e.g. driver seat = 3) but the drivers just doesn't get warm/hot.

Just wondering if this was a common issue or if anyone had any advice. I noticed the GT seems to share a fuse for both sides and also as the dash recognises the dial input I'm guessing the error is further downstream in the connections to the heater element itself?

Might be that the controls have had water ingress due to the lack of guttering. Not 100% sure as you'd *think* that this would prevent the indicator from lighting, but.....

I was reading in the manual that you have to do various things to re-learn the car after... anyone have a comprehensive list? I've also seen on here this (hopefully simple) task fixes most electrical gremlins!

Yes I did read that, but the indicator works fine (setting 1,2,3) with no major dramas...
