Decided to spring clean and check hydraulic fluid

Okay so stripped the back out. Fluid level 1inch low so topped up with the green stuff. Took cover off relay so u can see the thing working and pump switching on and off.
Notice also the stones in the tray..

Wow didn't realise all this was accessible from the boot. Then I realise I've got an EPB in the way - dang!
Is this a normal maintenance route for a number of jobs?

It made it easier to top check the fluid level and top up. Plus I got to clean the electrical connector blocks and the F1 pump. I’m guessing it is a normal way of doing this as it’s not difficult unbolting the rear tub area.
