Few manual £10k and below 4200's just cropped up on Ebay: -

Can't give them away :drunk:

Coupled with this GS at £14995 https://shorturl.at/htxEO
The grey one was mine for a good while until I sold it in 2015 to another forum member.
He had it for over 6 years and really liked the car.
I was almost tempted to buy it back.
Maybe its been neglected a bit since but it was a solid old car.

I’d an email asking if I’d take a 69k mile manual 4200 GT as px against the Fuji Gransport but I didn’t get a response after saying I would do. Was it anyone on here? Sometimes emails go awry when I’ve been emailed through AT/C&C etc and not directly.

I will probably be selling my 4200 soon in a big garage shake up at home.

I'm sending my EV back off lease early and replacing with one really nice car.

Unfortunately this means i can't justify the costs of keeping the 4200.

Whoever buys it will be getting a really well looked after example.

That's a shame. Is that about a year you've had it?
Yes just under.

It's costing me a considerable sum to get out of my EV contract.

I'm sat freezing my manly bits off as it doesn't have heated seats or steering wheel and to put the heating on, kills the range. £67k car and I'm sat with ice cubes for feet .... grrrr

It's too compromised for what I'm paying for it and quite frankly, I resent paying the money.

Regulars will know I've put my heart and soul into this 4200 and I do love it, but ULEZ etc means a trip to work would cost me circa £105 if I used it to commute in.

Head has to rule heart sometimes.

Mechanically she's all but perfect.

Sorry to read... and remember they are worth more than peanuts.
If I do sell, I will do so in the same spirit the previous owner sold to me.

I'm not out to make money, just to sell to someone who will invest and enjoy as much as I have so far.

Mot no advisories, a full service with spark plugs less than 1000 miles ago and a new F1 pump should see the next owner nicely for a while.

She will be going up for sale on Wednesday, I'm going to polish the headlights etc and take some photos and put as honest an advert on here as I can.

It will be priced sensibly, especially given all the work I've done to her.

She still needs one or two bits, I think that will always be the case and part of the fun of ownership.

The bumper scuff is the only thing that let's her down cosmetically .... Still don't know how it happened.

It is possible to get around the Ulez thing by writing and communicating with Maserati Spa for them to send you the correct engine spec , then upload it to TFL I have heard a couple of people have been successful
