Clutch change 4.7S F1 MC Shift

Changing the clutch is about 12hrs worth of labour - three specialists in the South quoted me that number in the last week, and having studied the QP V Workshop Manual for inspiration I would not argue against the labour hours. I would not call it the definitive parts list, but this is what I have in the box in the garage and it was "approved" by the specialists:
1 x Clutch kit
1 x Flywheel
1 x Clutch release bearing - either Ferrari/Maserati or Hill Engineering - they will both eventually leak unless you use the car regularly
1 x Clutch position sensor
1 x Clutch pilot bearing
1 x Clutch output shaft bearing (It's on the bellhousing)
You will most likely need other sundries like exhaust clamps or bolts here and there...
Given the hassle of taking the car apart to get to the CPS and the CRB, and the untold damage a £15 SKF pilot bearing can do to a £2k clutch it would be a false economy to try and save money by not changing the above.
The only exception would be the flywheel - the old one may be re-used, but you would not know until you get to it. And even if it's in good condition, I would still advise that it's cleaned up professionally...
Eurospares has the above kit for £3400 inc VAT. It's getting to the point where Maserati/VALEO would price themselves out of the market with regards to the Clutch kit. I bought my car in May last year - the clutch kit was £1550 then, now it's £1864 and the FX hasn't moved. Soon it will make more sense the buy an alternative made by somebody like PEGA in the US, HELIX in the UK or MasParts in the Netherlands...

They have got a lot more expensive lately. As others have said, as it is loads of labour, it’s very much a case of “while you are in there, do it all.”
