Very probably. A bargain is when you get something that is better than the price suggests which, obviously, rules out the 3200.

3200 or Bi-turbo? To me, that's a bit like asking which would you prefer, syphilis or gonorrhoea. No right answer so I suppose it's down to personal preference.
