Centenary decal

After the feedback I got from my post about the 'Go faster stripe' I was wondering if anyone would be interested in getting something made up for the Centenary lap at the Silverstone classic? I've emailed a guy who does signs and commercial vehicle wraps and he said he could do a decal.

I thought we could combine the sports maserati logo with the centenary logo or something to that effect. I have no idea of cost but just wanted to see if any one else would be interested and if there was any one who was a bit creative could come up with a design (with the permission of the people who run the forum of course).

What do you think?

Yep, I'd be up for something.
I had similar thoughts and have emailed a company to see of they would be interested. If/when I get anything back we should compare notes.

I had another idea. The Centenary logo being embossed could be on a clear background that would make it look like the logo was stamped into the metal.

That's kind if where I was going with it...something subtle but classy. Be good to get something soon-ish as lots of events coming up....BIAMF for starters in a couple of weeks.....no pressure.

There was another thread about getting a decal made up not long ago, someone had two designs and was taking a poll of which to have ordered. What happened to that? Can't find the post (can't even see a list of my own posts on this forum???).

Doris is a bit battle weary...Llandow took its toll again, but should have her back on form by then. Looks like her mascara ran at the moment with black gaffer tape holding the indicator cluster in.

There doesn't appear to be any movement on that thread. My guy is asking about the size of the Centenary logo. I said about 12" giving people the option to have it on the bonnet or both doors and be quite visible but would be good to get some one else's opinion. I've asked him to cost up a batch of 150 (though given the response that might be optimistic...lol)
