CEL codes

Had the CEL come on this morning in the 4200, started fine and has been driving fine. This is the first time the CEL has come on since I bought a reader so I was able to obtain the following codes:
P0102 "Mass or Volume Air Flow A Circuit Low"
P2190 "System too rich at idle bank 2"

I reset the codes on the reader and they remained off when I took it for a short drive.

From your experience do these two codes point to anything in particular that needs looking at, or is it simply a case of reset and forget?

MAF is possibly beginning to fail would be my guess

Glitch, ignore them and see if they reoccur. Go for an Italian tune up

Assuming the MAF sensor does need to be replaced, I read the brilliant guide on here about how to remove the old one. A comment underneath added a special tool was needed to refit the three metal clips, does anyone know what this is before I take mine apart and find I can't get it back together!

I had the second error after a service, went back to garage and tried lambda, all fine, then he remembered he’d disconnected MAF during service, can’t remember why, so he took it off, cleaned it, error gone and not returned.
