Everyone I've worked for that's for sure even the Dealership Principals.Looks like every motor trader has a dodgy past
Stag was similar Phil.Did it to a few Minis as changing the vin plate was two aluminium rivets on the front panel.
Glad I bought my 96 Jaguar XJ6 when I did then Tim.I’m not sure about signing this. I think it’ll lead to affordable cars increasing in value due to ULEZ/CC exemption and rich Londoners now thinking a 1998 Jag or Merc is now cool and thereby pricing me out of the market.
Yes indeed, probably a problem now for all those ringed at the time for no tax.My stag I owned at the time was a 72 car, registered May 72 and Labour made the cut-off point pre-73 cars could only be tax exempt. You must remember Michael all the K-reg, early L-reg cars that came on the market, rusty early stags with a log book became very desirable, the commission number plate changed over to later cars.
Oh look a Mk1 stag with lots of Mk2 bits on it, lol
