I took a very quick look at this at the sale, thought it would take a lot of time, money, and lost skin to make it pucker.

That answers it more Geoff, photos are quite often misleading. The price of bits and work (if available) you could soon be up to the price of a sorted car.

It was a carb car which is what put me off.
Roof needed work, as did the interior. Plus belt on time probably. Rear brakes binding.
Was in storage for some time.

A friend of mine passed last year after a long illness. His widow has asked me to dispose of what remains of his car collection. He had already sold his 550 Maranello, E-Type, XJS conv, Alfa GTA but I will be selling the SL500, SLK200 man, RR Shadow 2 and his lovely Sebring over Crema 3200 Auto. I will share details of this on the forum in case anyone on here is interested before I list it. I plan to collect it next week.

I could be interested in the RR Shadow if it’s a nice one and not white .
