Can I fit a 3200 gearbox to a 4200 Engine ???

It would be fairly easy enough to make a 4200 engine/3200 gearbox adapter plate then work out the clutch actuation doing a cad drawing etc
Regarding the fueling and ignition, chuck all the standard maser stuff in the bin and fit a Emerald 3D system, they work very well. I've done a few over the years

Here's an old 1970s Alfa engine converted to fuel injection I did a few year's ago

Hi MJ, Thanks, I will give them a try, what I was asking is what will I have to change to convert to a manual clutch, is the Flywheel and clutch the same on Manual or Auto as it looks the same to me and only difference is the electron activation, so can I just fit a clutch master Cycl and pipe it to the OE slave cycl ?? againThanks, Regards DM

I've had exactly the same question regarding the clutch at around the same time. I wish I've come across this topic back then.
Now I know it works that way as I've done it swapping 4.7 engine in to TVR with manual gearbox from Camaro ZL.

Hee-haaaa ! Maserati 4.7 into any TVR is making a proper flying machine. Well done!
My mate Angus (&others) have inserted the Chevrolet LS unit into TVR. The maserati is much better sounding unit.

Oh, it sounds like nothing else especially with full stainless steel custom made valved exhaust system including headers. And at 480HP in a 1300 kg car with manual gearbox makes decent power to. Enjoy the vid.
