Fellas as u know I don't have my MC shift anymore and drive a Merc oil burner. Wouldn't mind coming along to one of these sometime as I'm in Bath...is that ok?
Interested to c the cars and put some faces to names.

Only rule at the Avenue is that you like cars, that's why you get such a wide range turn up, of course you are welcome, and to any other event on here :)

If I go I will make a point of finding you to say hello, what car do you normally have there?

Normally the 33, unless the weather is severe then it will be the white 156 ;) Just look out for the idiot in a black jacket, white arms on his glasses, and usually has a camera in his face ;)

What did you do too the 33?
Mate came up from Watford and I took him out in it. Drove it a tiny bit hard, just a tiny bit mind. Suddenly started sounding like it dropped a cylinder, so took it back home and left it on the neighbours drive. Went to move it the next day and it wouldnt start, just kept on turning over and spluttering. Finally got it going and it sounded like a right bag of nails. Got it on the drive and that's where I left it.

I'm ahead of schedule on the Christmas shopping front so hopefully I can head over to Bristol Sunday morning - Maserati corner will be a bit quiet without Phil.

That does not sound good. Something broken inside?
