Brake shoe adjustment

Hi,

Just a quick one, which way do I turn the adjustment tabs on the brake shoes for a GS?

Towards ground loosen and towards sky tighten or other way around?

Different on both sides.

with the handbrake off, turn them till they lock the wheel then back of two/three flicks.
