On basis of ad it looks a cheap car.
Colour, engine, gearbox and rhd.
Car was supposed to be stripped and rebuilt a few years ago but failed an mot this year due to excessive rust amongst other issues.
Advertised at 46k miles but MOT says 86k.
Mileage went from 6k in 2011 to 86k this year and no MOT's in between.
Says he has 3 other Biturbos so perhaps there is an explanation. Might be worth a look?

Could the plates have been moved around, not sure if that would cause this issue?

Seats look like they have more than 46k of wear though. I do like these but you would need to check thoroughly the no rust comment

MOT history put me off after about 5 seconds of reading it. Chassis rot. Would never buy a car that has been welded , just me though.

Read the ad and to be honest it sounds like he's trying to meet queries before they're raised rather than simply spelling out the good points of the car. This would be one to go and see but the ad has alarm bells ringing for me.
