Best Place For A Touch Up?

Any thoughts on an online supplier for car touch up paints?

Pop down to your local Halfords, they mix on site to your paint code.

My own experience with online suppliers is not good, the match was poor and you have little recourse.
If your not desperate and going on Vulcan visit and staying at forest pines, then humberside paints in Scunthorpe are excellent. I got a large aerosol made up of GTS red a special colour for the Porsche and was spot on, £12.
My neighbour has produced models for companies all around the globe and only ever gets his paint from them.

P&M Panels in Warrington will match paint to a sample & make up areosols and touch up sticks to a code, every town probably has something similar

I've always got hold of good quality touch-up paint for my Maserati's and Alfa's through the dealerships. It's never cost much. Not sure if they still do it, I can imagine it's a bit of a PITA for them to arrange, for not much cash return.

Go to your local body shop and get it mixed up in water base then mix it with the lacquer in one pot.

Leave the two paints to mix and the mixing bubbles to disappear, then apply until the paint mounds over the top of the chip over several applications. I do it over a couple of weeks to make sure it totally dry.

Flatten with 2000 grit wet and dry, using water then polish up with a machine mop and 3M Fast cut then 3M Ultrafina, using different polishing heads for each compound.

Just go careful when sanding bodywork, the clear coat will take a lot more than you think but go easy on the edges where its thinest.

Probably need to get a few samples mixed if azzuro argentina is anything to go by.... In my work lechler, ici, glasurit and de beer are all useless and all if these only have 1 standard shade.... Ici rep suggested sending fuel flap to ici england so they could formulate cirrect shade...
