Go to your local body shop and get it mixed up in water base then mix it with the lacquer in one pot.
Leave the two paints to mix and the mixing bubbles to disappear, then apply until the paint mounds over the top of the chip over several applications. I do it over a couple of weeks to make sure it totally dry.
Flatten with 2000 grit wet and dry, using water then polish up with a machine mop and 3M Fast cut then 3M Ultrafina, using different polishing heads for each compound.
Just go careful when sanding bodywork, the clear coat will take a lot more than you think but go easy on the edges where its thinest.
