Best parking apps

I’ve been a longtime user of Just Park and recently parked at the National Theatre parking for a business trip, paying £22 for about 12 hours.

www.justpark.com

Upon leaving saw an ‘early bird’ offer which wasn’t available through Just Park. This led me to finding Your Parking Space which gave me the same space for £15, £7 cheaper!

www.yourparkingspace.co.uk

So I shall use both for a little while to see who consistently gives the best offers!

So share any recommendations you may have here.

I confess I've not used any of them. I have enough frustration with all the other parking apps I have to have just to park.....

@CatmanV2 and @Scaf I’ve recently noticed that some street parking areas have now also using Apps like JustPark, as well as the more ubiquitous Ringo and ‘Pay By Phone’.

But so far, JustPark and YourParkingSpace seem to have the market for off-piste, cheaper parking options like unused driveways, under capacity parking lots. Although the prices on JusrPark seem to be creeping up.

Use 'Just Park' and others regularly as don't tend to carry cash, just be careful though, there is one which you have to log out when you leave the carpark, I didn't know this and got charged for the full 8 hrs, even though I was only there less than an hour

I was impressed with some car parks that take your number plate from the booking on the app and automatically open the entry and exit barriers for you!

The Light in Leeds recognised my number plate from the app *even though I had no booking and had never parked there*
