Thank God! Hopefully F1 can now be brought into the 21st century and properly exploit social media etc. Also Liberty have said they want to preserve the heritage tracks such as Silverstone, Monza etc.,.. and have fairer distribution of the money to the teams. Interesting times ahead :D

This is really good news. I'm counting on Liberty to call Ferrari's bluff regarding pulling out if they don't get the biggest share of the cash and a veto on rule changes.

Excellent!!!!
But
It is swapping one right wing dictator who only cares about money for a company ran by the ex No. 1 henchman of Rupert Murdoch another right wing dictator
Still F1 has always been a right wing Junta

There that has stirred it up a bit!

We need to be very careful what we wish for...replacing Bernie with a US marketing company may not be the best outcome that we all hope for !

Hmmm... wasn't it an American marketing company that 'organised' the centenary celebrations for Alfa and Maserati!!!

If it means that there will actually be racing rather than a procession it can only be a good thing.

Can't remember the last time I watched a race from start to finish.

Sadly long over due.

Although F1 needs a very strong character to make things happen, as for Liberty I hope they canmove things in the right direction but have plenty of concerns too!

Wether Liberty being the right answer, something had to change, F1 is soooo boring at the mo.
