That's what makes me think there must be something wrong with it.
Surely dealers sell cars with 12 months MOT as a matter of course these days?

Wheels look like they need a refurb, couple of scratches here and there. bland colour scheme imho, and an early one. Get an inspection done and it may be a good deal though.

Been for sale for over a year on an off.
Seller has had a few Maserati over the last couple of years...always well priced but all lacking in detail. This one has missed two years of services and the one that is over due is a big one.

dependant on that, possible clutch and a couple of grand to fix other bits its not as cheap as it may seem. ..you only need a couple of wishbones to be replaced and its not a bargain.

It does have a nice colour combo and is a revised 2003/4 model year car...BUT GET IT INSPECTED if you do want to go for it.

I'm not in a position to buy at the mo, if I was, I think I'd err on the side of caution and buy something, which had been serviced and looked after.

It's a good job you guys are here! :clapps:

Love the colour combo..As Pete has said.....He has sold a number of Maserati over the years.....QP, 3200, 4200....They are always priced keenly but you would need an inspection at this price....Looks good though and at 10k even with a clutch it seems a good price. Oh, and only down the road from me as well if anyone wants me to take a look.

Don't know the car, but do know the dealer.......not impressed, very vague, really hard to get hold of, rarely replied to my comms, and kept upping the price when I put an offer in on another car last year.......I walked away as I didn't trust him at all.......dodgy garage on an industrial estate in the back of Cardiff.

I think I bought my 3200 from this guy - I recognise the picture, taken in the same place as mine - he has a shed in some industrial estate in Cardiff.
No real problems with the car or the seller - in my limited experience of car dealers and Italian cars.
Drove it home through snow and ice - which was no fun!

I have seen this car, and it was up for allot more money than it is now, i would say that for that price i would probably have brought it, its not perfect, but it was one of the better ones.

But as others have said he claims to be a dealer, but i noticed his name on every logbook, so i think he is doing it on the side. he exports all the manuals to his brother in Australia.

So I viewed this car , two days ago .. I said I would take it pending an inspection. I call the seller up today to do that , and now all of a sudden he's off to Oz on Tuesday , and someone else is coming to look at it tomorrow night , so you'd have to be quick !
Humm , something doesn't quite add up here , he told me no one had been to see it since he put it on eBay , now all of a sudden there's another interested party ! It's been for sale for around a year now, must be a reason...
I've seen so many rubbish cars lately ..
Buyer beware !!

Always ask if they would mind taking it to an Independent Specialist of your choice for an examination, if they say no problem, it might be a good buy, if not say goodbye..!!

There are some f#ckwads out there that's for sure

I had someone email about a car I had for sale asking for best price and saying they would send someone to collect etc so I google their email addy and sure enough it showed up on a blog about Nigerian scammers. I cut and pasted the section and mailed it back stating that I would not be dealing with them.

Watch yourself when buying OR selling!
