Price must reflect what they paid for it.....

I have been looking at changing mine and there are some great deals out there on stock cars. Although having driven mine again today still not sure if I want too change yet?

I was offered £15k of the list price of a F10 M5 and 10% off a 991 C2S, both brand new but pre-registered.

A great dealer to buy from as well....

Is that said with tongue in cheek, as I've never heard a good word for them, having said that I've never had any personal dealings with them, so I could be talking ********.
It's a good price for a 2010 , slightly high miles for a 2 year old though, heavy hit for the first owner.

New M5 are bombing in price.

I was offered a 6 month old car with 1500 miles for £55k

They have a long way to drop yet.

No one is buying big engined petrol cars especially if they are saloons or estates. Coupes are doing a bit better.

Thats alot of car for the money......

That's an awful lot of car for the money. I went in one a Bruntingthorpe and was very, very impressed; 4 up, we hit the 170 limiter about 20 seconds before the timing light and it felt very planted and secure. Great brakes too. Having said that, for ******** fizz, I would take a GTS or QP 4.7.

That really is great value. About 7k less than I paid for mine 7 months ago. Mine has the MC box and had 5k fewer miles on it. So one part of my brain says I should have waited, the other part says no because then I wouldn't have had use of it and I may have been slightly less financially bullish if I'd waited. Sometimes you've got to do it when the urge takes you, especially if you know you'll bottle it if you wait any longer. :)

Weill say now the 997 911 Turbo can be had for 40k it's such a great buy though Ian...A supercar for everyday...But get that some wouldn't entertain bacause its a 911...

Those new M5's are dropping quickly, I will be ready to move the V10 for one towards the end of next year. Looks like it will be a pretty reasonable changeover cost at this rate!

They are a bit of a weapon as well........Not much with four doors to touch it performance wise

Friend has just bought an M5 06 60k for 17k!!

Dem, could be really tempted with one next...Starting at 15kish at the moment.....Went through Milton Keynes with a dark red one on Monday and it sounded stunning....Looks great from the back as well.....We will not see another M5 like it........As I understand its just the gear box that is a pain as its great when giving it some but not great when just in normal driving mode...

Dont believe all the discussion around the SMG in the v10. I much prefer manuals but have no issue with the box, drive the car in S5/P500 and its a fun drive.Never drive is as an auto! The harder you are pushing the sharper the changes, when you are at full noise >5000rpm the changes are amazing. Its a thrilling car I love it, we bought the V10 knowing it was the end of the line, the F10 will probably be our next family car but I wanted to enjoy the thrill of the v10 while they are still easily bought with low mileage and warranty. Do it!!

It's horses for courses and shows how we are all different. I had a manual e92 M3. Wanted something bigger so test drove an M5. Lasted 20 minutes as I hated the SMG box. Some people say that you need to get to know a car over a long period of time but that car was not for me.

Had the SMG in my M3 CSL and loved it......Maybe I should give the M5 a try......Found the SMG in the CSL better than the ones I've driven in the Gransport....Found it to be quicker and the GS box a bit slow....
