The spyder driver was really trying! Interesting to see the windscreen frame has collapsed whereas the roll hoops have only lost their plastic covers. I wonder what state his face was in. Apart from red, that is!

I dont think that MC12 was scrapped Andy, a lot of people on various forums said it was but i remember reading somewhere, think it was teamspeed and they said the factory repaired it. Rowan Atkinson has managed to get his F1 repaired and that was in a worse state than that MC12.


According to how many left, there is 2 MC12's in the UK, my target this year is to see one.

If your serious Adam ,that can be arranged , there's a Swiss guy that brings 2 of his cars over to the UK everyyear for their respective Mot's , one is a Spyker and the other is an MC12 , i think it must be due again soon

If you were to get in contact with Tony Vacaro at H R Owen service,(mention the forum) he should be able to tell you when its due in , your right this one does reside in Switzerland but he has it brought over every year for the mot, its loud NO im mean its really really loud

HR Owen have an open day once a year, you know when that is? last year they had an Enzo F40 F50 and 288 in the workshop for people to see. I noticed in this months Auto Italia there was an article on Joe Macari as he has just had a new Ferrari & Maserati service department built, there was an MC12 in his workshop.

Edit to add:

These are the only 2 MC12's i know of......

the other is a 54 plate which was owned by Frank Mountain, the guy who crashed it on fifth gear in the snow.
