I bought my it in Aug 2012 and have had the brakes completely refurbished, new rad, water pipes, BMC airbox, Eibach rear anti roll bar (front still to fit with uprated drop links), back box of exhaust and serviced it myself in that time – have receipts for oil etc. I also took off and had powder coated any parts that were rusty or scratched. Any bolts replaced with stainless items.
The previous owner fitted a new clutch and Q2 and had the cam belt changed in March 2011 at 82012 miles along with the metal impeller water pump. He also fitted the CF2 manifolds and equal length pipes.
Mine still needs some work to finish it off properly – rust has come through on the front wings – but will make a fine car for someone. I intended to keep this car for a long time, hence all the work, but find it too painful to drive long distances now.
