Not sure if the right place to put this - if not mods could you move to a suitable location please ?
Air con on the Detomaso doesn't blow cold anymore, not a problem i will just get it re-gassed.
Air con man "where are the valves ?"
In the end we gave up.
I can find the condenser and radiator and the pipes at the front of the car, but not the valves.
I have been in the engine bay
I have been under the car
I am guessing they are at the front of the engine, which is up against the rear bulkhead of the car - move engine to find them ??
Other than issues with dangerous gas, what would stop me cutting the rigid metal pipes and connecting in two new valves, then having the air con man regass the whole system ?
