I have a problem that needs some community thought.
My ABS and MSP off lights come on shortly after taking off. If I switch off the car and then back on again the lights will extinguish, but come on again soon after I take off. This has only happenned since I installed my SS brake lines. With the lights off ABS and traction control work fine. So I needed to investigate further.
I put the front of the car on stands and removed both wheels. Started car and turned steering 1 rotation to the right and the ABS and MSP light comes on. Test again by turning to the left. 1 rotation and ABS and MSP light comes on.
Check wheel speed sensor, both sides read 1456 ohm when stationary.
Check both lateral accel sensors, Red-White 779 ohms, Red-Yell 987 ohms, Yell-White 959 ohms.
It took a long time to bleed the brakes after installing the new brake lines, but brakes work fine now.
The lights do not go off if I spin either wheel by hand.
This is driving me absolutely bonkers. If anyone has any idea please please put me out of my misery.
