I've had a go on my headliner and re-glued the original fabric but you really do need to replace once sagging and I think the columns would look better replaced too.
Any idea of cost for full replacement?

Based on my experience, it cost £520 to reglue the leather headliner without having to add in more leather etc, that would be a minimum. I had a 3200 and that had a new Alcantara headliner fitted before I bought it. The invoice was £800 a few years ago.
